Order against M/s. Millennium Cybertech Limited
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 03, 2008 revoking interim orders dated January 24, 2006 and September 26, 2006 against the company M/s. Millennium Cybertech Limited. �This is without prejudice to the Adjudication proceedings pending against Millennium Cybertech Limited�, the order said.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
