A panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri G. Anantharaman and Dr. T. C. Nair has passed consent order dated January 04, 2008, on an application submitted by M/s. Prabhat Financial Services Ltd., in the matter of M/s. Vatsa Music Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent order. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
