A panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri G. Anantharaman and Dr. T. C. Nair has passed consent order dated January 04, 2008, on an application submitted by Shri Rakesh Kumar Jain, in the matter of M/s. Flex Industries Ltd., M/s. FCL Tech. & Products Ltd., and M/s. Flex Engg. Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lac only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
