Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 14, 2008 restraining Continental Controls Ltd. from accessing the securities market for a period of two years and restraining Shri Navin Thakkar, Chairman and Managing Director of Continental Controls Ltd. from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities for a period of two years.
