Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 28, 2008 in the matter of dealing in the shares by Mr. Lalit Dua and his associate entities, vacating the interim direction issued against Mr. Lalit Dua and LRS Portfolio and Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. vide SEBI ad interim, ex-party, order dated March 21, 2006. However, the present order would not have any bearing on the ongoing investigation proceeding in the same matter.
