A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members of SEBI, Dr. T.C. Nair and Shri M.S. Sahoo has passed consent order dated August 08, 2008, on an application submitted by M/s. SMC Global Securities Limited in accordance with SEBI guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.15 Lakh towards the terms of consent in the matter.
