Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated September 04, 2008, on an application submitted by Shri Rajesh Nanubhai Jhaveri, in the matter of Ojas Technochem Products Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees seven lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
