Consent order in the matter of M/s. Satia Paper Mills Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M.S.Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated September 30, 2008, on the application of consent for non compliance of regulation 6(2), 6(4), 7(3) and 8(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 1997 submitted by M/s. Satia Paper Mills Ltd. in accordance with SEBI circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.3,75,000 (Rupees Three Lakh Seventy Five Thousand only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
