Consent Order against M/s. Ventura Securities Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Somplast Leather Industries Ltd.

A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated October 7, 2008, on an application submitted by M/s. Ventura Securities Ltd., in the matter of M/s. Somplast Leather Industries Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
