Order in the matter of M/s. GHCL Ltd.

Dr. T.C.Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated November 04, 2008 revoking the directions passed vide earlier interim order dated April 25, 2007 against Jalco Group, its associate entities and its Directors in the matter of M/s. GHCL Ltd. The current order is passed in view of the initiation of adjudication proceedings against Carissa Investment Pvt. Ltd., Darpan Garden Exports Private Ltd., Jalco Financial Service Pvt. Ltd., Pathik Merchandise Pvt. Ltd., Wilful Finance and Investment Co. Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors namely Alok Kumar Srivastva, Bhairav Dutt Naliwal, Pradeep Kumar, Balbeer Singh, Manohar Ram, Vinay Kumar Mehta and Rajesh Kumar pursuant to the completion of investigations.
