Certificate of registration of Mr. Sanjiv K.Shah, sub broker, suspended
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated November 10, 2008, suspending the certificate of registration (No. INS230489812 and INS231334819) of the sub broker namely, Mr. Sanjiv K. Shah (Trade Name: Aakash Investment Consultancy), sub-broker affiliated through M/s. Growth Avenue Ltd., member of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. for a period of three months.
The order will come into force immediately on the expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
