Consent Order on the application submitted by Mr. S Rajesh in the matter of Unregistered Portfolio Manager
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo, has passed a consent order dated November 14, 2008, on the application submitted by Mr. S Rajesh in the matter of Unregistered Portfolio Manager, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
