Order against Shri Vidhyut B. Shah, Member, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd. in the matter of
Manna Glass Tech Industries Ltd.
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 02, 2008, in the matter of Manna Glass Tech Industries Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of Shri Vidhyut B. Shah, Member, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd., having SEBI Registration No. INB 020125315 for a period of four months.
The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
