A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T. C. Nair and Shri M. S. Sahoo has passed consent order dated November 28, 2008 on an application submitted by CD Equisearch (Pvt.) Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Design Auto Systems Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
