A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T.C.Nair and Shri M.S.Sahoo has passed consent order dated November 28, 2008 on an application submitted by Shri Samir R Shah in the matter of M/s. Hindustan Bio Sciences Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.br>
