Consent Order against Infinity.Com Stock Broking Private Limited in the matter of M/s. Greenfield Trading & Finance Limited

A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. T.C.Nair and Shri M.S.Sahoo has passed consent order dated November 28, 2008 on an application submitted by Infinity.Com Stock Broking Private Limited in the matter of M/s. Greenfield Trading & Finance Limited in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. Also, as undertaken by the applicant, they shall not buy, sell or deal in securities, directly or indirectly for a period of one year from the date of this consent order.
