Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 12, 2008, in the matter of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited restraining M/s Apex Enterprises (India) Limited from dealing in securities directly and indirectly for a period of one month
The order shall come into force with immediate effect
