Consent Order on the application submitted by Bharti Infotel Private Limited and Bharti Enterprises in the matter of Bharti Healthcare Limited (Now known as Capsugel Healthcare Limited)
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M. S. Sahoo and Dr. K.M.Abraham, has passed a consent order dated December 22, 2008, on an application submitted by Bharti Infotel Private Limited and Bharti Enterprises in the matter of Bharti Healthcare Limited (Now known as Capsugel Healthcare Limited), in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.54,43,254/- (Rupees fifty four lakh forty three thousand two hundred and fifty four only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
