SUSPENSION OF MERCHANT BANKING REGISTRATION


PRIMARY MARKET DEPARTMENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of a Category I Merchant banker for the remaining period of their registration with the provisions of Regulation 12(2), 36(1)(i), 36(1)(vii), 36(1)(viii) of the SEBI(Merchant Banker) Rules and Regulations, 1992 for their failure to pay annual merchant banking fees.
