SUSPENSION OF MEMBER FROM JAIPUR STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Pradeep Baheti, member of Jaipur Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 160199311) for a period of two months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for irregularities in issuance of contract notes, non-segregation of clients' fund with own funds, off-the-floor transactions not reported to the Stock Exchange and misuse of Stock Exchange Clearing system mechanism to settle interpersonal loans. 
 
Shri Pradeep Baheti, member of Jaipur Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from August 05, 1999 till October 04, 1999.
