Suspension of Broker of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Deval Sheth, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 020122915) for a period of two months. They have been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for indulging in carry forward transactions. 
 
Shri Deval Sheth, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from August 16, 1999 till October 15, 1999.
