The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Kunverji Finstock Ltd., member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 021019534) for a period of two months. They have been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for indulging in carry forward transactions and not reporting of-the-floor transactions. 
 
M/s Kunverji Finstock Ltd, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from August 16, 1999 till October 15, 1999.
