The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned Shri Prasan Pranjivandas Broker (Trade Name: M/s Harjivandas Nemidas & Sons), member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB010439821) for not acting with due skill, care and diligence in conducting his business as envisaged in the Code of Conduct of SEBI ( Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Rules and Regulations, 1992. 
 
The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
