The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Anil Shah Securities & Finance Ltd. - SEBI Reg. No. INB 020882737 (Which has changed to Galaxy Broking Ltd.,) member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange for a period of two months. They have been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for irregularities in issuance of contract notes and non-segregation of clients' funds. 
 
M/s Anil Shah Securities & Finance Ltd, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from August 27, 1999 till October 26, 1999.
