The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Apurva Ramanlal Shah of M/s Shah Ramanlal Gulabchand & Sons (SEBI Reg. No. INB 020445627) member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange for a period of two months. They have been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for indulging in illegal carry-forward transactions.
 
Shri Apurva Ramanlal Shah member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 3, 1999 till November 2, 1999.
