Suspension of Broker 

Secondary Market Department

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Bhupendra Talakchand Mehta (Trade Name: M/s Bhupendra Talakchand & Co.), member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB010433827) till he pays the registration/turnover fees along with the accrued interest thereon to SEBI. The suspension will come into effect from September 6, 1999. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for non-payment of SEBI registration/turnover fees. 
 
Shri Bhupendra Talakchand Mehta (Trade Name: M/s Bhupendra Talakchand & Co.), member of Bombay Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 6, 1999 till he pays the prescribed fees and accrued interest thereon to SEBI.
