SUSPENSION OF BROKER 

SECONDARY MARKET DEPARTMENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Atul Chhabildas Doshi (SEBI Reg. No. INB 020111113), member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange for a period of two months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for non-segregation of clients' funds and own funds, not maintaining clients' database and indulging in illegal carry forward transactions. 
 
Shri Atul Chhabildas Doshi, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from September 27, 1999 till November 26, 1999.
