Warning to Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s Allianz Securities Ltd., member of National Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 230691538) for not complying with the code of conduct of the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 i.e. for not maintaining high standards of integrity, promptitude and fairness in the conduct of its business. 
 
The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
