Suspension of Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Dinesh Babulal Jain Member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, (SEBI Reg. No. INB 020473013), for a period of three months. They have been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for indulging in carry forward transactions, failure to maintain books and records as per the SEBI Regulations, not segregating clients' funds with own funds and irregularities in issuance of contract notes. 
 
Shri Dinesh Babulal Jain, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from November 05, 1999 till February 04, 2000.
