SUSPENSION OF MEMBER FROM OTCEI

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Mid East Investment Services Ltd., member of Over the Counter Exchange of India (SEBI Reg. No. INB 200834130) for a period of three months or till such time the broker redresses the grievances of the complainants, whichever is later. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for failing to take adequate steps in redressing the complaints. 
 
M/s Mid East Investment Services Ltd., member of Over the Counter Exchange of India will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 24, 1999 till March 23, 2000 or till such time the broker redresses the grievances of the complainants, whichever is later.
