MIGRATION OF TWO SCHEMES OF ITC THREADNEEDLE 
MUTUAL FUND TO ZURICH INDIA MUTUAL FUND

Consequent to the restructuring of the ITC Threadneedle Mutual Fund , as approved by the unitholders, the two schemes viz., Top 200 Fund and High Interest Fund have migrated to Zurich India Mutual Fund and the names of the schemes have now changed to Zurich India Top 200 Fund and Zurich India High Interest Fund respectively. ITC Threadneedle Mutual Fund and ITC Threadneedle Asset Management Company Ltd. have surrendered the certificate of registration and the letter of approval granted to them respectively and would no more be involved in the business of Mutual Fund.
