This has reference to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) press release dated January 04, 2000 warning M/s Prabhudas Liladhar Pvt. Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. no. INB 010597752). It is clarified that the broker has been warned only for not maintaining segregation between clients' fund and own funds, not reporting off-the-floor transactions to the Exchange and irregularities in issuance of contract notes. They have not been warned for delay in making payments and deliveries to clients and not obtaining client registration form.
