UCO Bank (Kota Branch) not to act as Collecting Banker

Securities and Exchange Board of India had initiated an enquiry against UCO Bank, Kota Branch, Rajasthan for accepting applications after the closure of the public issue in the case of M/s. Sanz Financial Services Ltd. contravening Regulation 13 read with Clause 6(b) of the Code of Conduct of the SEBI (Bankers to an Issue) Rules and Regulations, 1994. The bank has debarred this branch from acting as collecting banker for a period of one year w.e.f. 19.08.99.
