SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION OF THE BROKER

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Jagdish Pannalal Gandhi, member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 010009714) till he pays the prescribed fee to SEBI along with the accrued interest thereon. The suspension will come into effect from February 14, 2000. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for non-payment of SEBI registration fees. 

Shri Jagdish Pannalal Gandhi, member of Bombay Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from February 14, 2000 till he pays the prescribed fee to SEBI.
