Warning issued to Brokers

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s SI Investments & Broking Pvt. Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 010991534) for irregularities in not entering into agreement with all the clients, FIR not lodged in respect of fake/forged shares, not maintaining proper segregation between clients' fund and own funds, not reporting off-the-floor transactions to the Stock Exchange and netting of transactions scrip wise and then reporting as carry forward transactions to the Stock Exchange.
The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.

No. INB010992034) for not reporting off-the-floor transactions entered into with members of other Exchanges, dealing in the scrip much before its listing and not reporting the same to
BSE.
The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
