The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned Shri Adolf Patrick Pinto, member of Bombay Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB010001810) for irregularities in issuance of contract notes, non-maintenance of proper books of accounts, not maintaining proper segregation between clients' fund and own funds, delay in redressal of investors' complaints and non-co-operation with SEBI Inspection Team. 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
