Suspension of Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Surendra Gupta (Trade Name: M/s Sumangal & Co.), member of Delhi Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 050104710), from carrying on any activity as an underwriter in the capital market for a period of six months from the date of the order. He has been suspended for not fulfilling the underwriting obligation in the public issue of M/s Amajin Exports Ltd. 

Shri Surendra Gupta, member of Delhi Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on underwriting activities with effect from July 25, 2000 till January 24, 2001.
