Share Aids Private Ltd., who were registered with SEBI as a Category I Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent upto 31st August 2000 have stated that they are not applying for renewing their Certificate of Registration after its expiry. Accordingly, Share Aids Private Ltd., is no longer registered with SEBI.
