The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s Bharat Bhushan & Co., member of Delhi Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB050455023) for not fulfilling the underwriting obligation in the public issue of M/s Kanan Steels Ltd.
 
The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Underwriters) Regulations, 1993.
