The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the entitlement of M/s R. S. Gupta & Co., member of Delhi Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 050100019), to act as an Underwriter, with immediate effect.
 
The entitlement to act as an underwriter has been cancelled for not fulfilling the underwriting obligations in the public issue of M/s Pittie Cements & Industries Ltd., M/s Amajin Agro Exports Ltd. and M/s Pasupati Fabrics Ltd. 
 
M/s R. S. Gupta & Co., member of Delhi Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on underwriting activities with immediate effect.
