SECURITIES & EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (SEBI) has warned M/s. Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. a Category – I Merchant Banker (SEBI Reg. No. INM000000271) for failing to ensure timely despatch of the share certificate to an NRI investor in the Public Issue of M/s. Narain Jewels International Ltd. (NJIL), lead managed by them. 

The warning has been issued in terms of Sub-Regulations (3) of Regulation 40 of SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992 and Sub-Section (3) of Section 4 of SEBI Act, 1992.
