SUB : Chairman’s Order in respect of M/s Doogar & Associates Limited, a registered Merchant Banker

SECURITIES & EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration as merchant banker of M/s Doogar & Associates Limited, (SEBI Reg. No. INM000001188) for a period of two months with effect from January 15, 2001 for the failure to exercise due diligence in relation to the public issue of M/s Manu Finlease Limited, lead managed by them. 

The order suspending the certificate of registration has been passed in terms of sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 40 of SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992 and Sub-Section (3) of Section 4 of SEBI Act, 1992.
