The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s S. L. Gupta, member of Delhi Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 050010415) for deficiencies in issuance of contract note, late payment to the clients, entering into principal to principal transactions for which brokerage was charged and contract notes in Form 'A ' were issued, payment for transactions with other members of the Exchange were settled through the settlement system of the Exchange, off the floor transactions not reported to the Stock Exchange and rectification of bad delivery was beyond the stipulated time 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
