Re:Warning given to M/s YKS Capital Services Ltd., member of Delhi Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned M/s YKS Capital Services Ltd., member of Delhi Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 050987637) for not maintaining proper Document Register, deficiencies in issuance of contract note and client database, not maintaining complete client database, dealing with un-registered sub-brokers, not reporting off the floor transactions to the Stock Exchange and dealing with members of other Stock Exchange without getting registered as sub-broker. 

The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
