IIT Corporate Services Limited and Southern India Depository Services Limited were registered as custodians of securities vide registration numbers IN/CUS/007 and IN/CUS/015 respectively. As they could not fulfill the networth criterion as stipulated under SEBI(Custodian of Securities) regulations 1996, they have ceased to operate as custodians of securities in the Indian securities market.
