CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF BROKER

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the registration of M/s Platinum Stock Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. , member of National Stock Exchange and Calcutta Stock Exchange having SEBI Reg. No. INB 230655133 & INB 030684537 respectively with immediate effect. The registration has been cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 for committing repeated default in not co-operating with SEBI and violating the conditions of certificate of registration. 
 
M/s Platinum Stock Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with immediate effect.
