Cancellation of Registration

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the registration of Shri Dinesh Kumar Singhania , member of Calcutta Stock Exchange having SEBI Reg. No. INB 030059514 with immediate effect. The certificate of registration has been cancelled pursuant to the broker being declared defaulter and not readmitted within a period of six months. 
 
Shri Dinesh Kumar Singhania will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with immediate effect.
