Suspension of Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Rajesh Jhaveri Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd. member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No.. INB 020849133) for a period of two months for non-maintenance of Margin Register and Written consent of the clients for Principal to Principal Transactions, irregularities in issuance of contract notes, not reporting off-the-floor transactions to Stock Exchange, not maintaining proper segregation between Clients' Funds and Own Funds and indulging in illegal Carry Forward Transactions. 
 
M/s Rajesh Jhaveri Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from November 11, 2001 till January 10, 2002.
