CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF UTTAR PRADESH VENTURE CAPITAL FUND AND INESTOR VENTURE CAPITAL FUND TRUST

Two venture capital funds- Uttar Pradesh Venture Capital Fund, Mumbai and iNestor Venture Capital Fund Trust, Mumbai have surrendered their certificates of registration granted to them as venture capital funds. Therefore, SEBI has cancelled their certificates of registration. Hence, these entities cannot carry on any venture capital activity in future as permitted under SEBI (Venture Capital Funds) Regulations, 1996.
