Suspension of Broker

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Jyotish Bhogilal Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 020916831) for a period of two months for not maintaining proper segregation between Clients' Funds and Own Funds and indulging in unauthorised Carry Forward Transactions. 

M/s Jyotish Bhogilal Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd, member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from December 17, 2001 till February 16, 2002.
